Experience a gastronomic pop up like no other by sensational chef, Pedro Passinhas.

Set in a handmade denim atelier in Blackhorse Lane, a space shared with artists, including leather workers, weavers and indigo dye makers, Pedro’s pop up is a work of creativity and craftsmanship.

Always exploring fresh and novel tasting menu themes and cuisines, Denim N Dine brings together exciting and surprising flavour combinations alongside technical brilliance, giving you a taste of Michelin style magic in this unique factory setting.

Pedro’s purpose? To bring people together around the table to share meals and memories, and who could ask for a better venue than this exceptional collaborative and creative space.

beautifully fragrant with a blend of sharp citrus fruit, honey and peach. Organic !

Ciello Bianco, Terre Sicilliane, Sicily   £20.00
Organic white wine from Sicily. Hands on, natural approach without filtration leaves this wine with a deliciously savoury aspect. The colour is quite deep, the acidity is soaring. Lots of quince, apricots and almonds on the finish.

Verus Sauvignon Blanc, Slovenia    £24.00
Vibrant fruit, the classic gooseberry, passionfruit and nettles aromas; good depth of flavour and length. Crisp and elegant on the palate.

Greco Di Tufo, Vadiaperti, Campania   £30.50
Organic white with pleasant notes of bitter almond and apple blossom.

Garnacha Joven, Vina Zorzal, Navarra  £20.00
Organic red from Navarra. Vibrant and juicy, this is fleshy with red fruits and a touch of spice, a joy to drink.

Dao Tinto, Quinta Pellada (Alvaro Castro), Dao  £24.00
Beautifully vibrant, bright and juicy red from Portugal (chosen for obvious reasons). The palate is round and soft, packed full of soft bramble fruits, rosemary and pine wood.

Jackhammer, Pinot Noir, Central Coast, California, USA   £30.50
A delicious and refreshing Pinot Noir from California. Loaded with fruit and framed with herbs and sweet spice. Light in colour but quite weighty red wine on the palate.
